Bios of speakers 

Prof. Shulin Gu is a Research Fellow at the Institute of Science and Development, CAS. She also serves as an Advisory Research Professor at the China Institute of Science and Technology Policy (CISTP) at Tsinghua University and Adjunct Professor of the Management School at Zhejiang University. She is a Constitution Committee member of Globelics. Her Research areas include S&T Policies, S&T system reforms in China, Innovation and Development studies, Innovation policy, Institutional Changes, Inclusive and Green innovation.

Prof. LIU Xielin is a professor of School of Economics and Management, University of Chinese Academy of Sciences. His research areas mainly cover innovation management and policy, innovation ecosystem, regional and national innovation system. He has published a lot of papers in Research Policy, Technovation, Journal of Management Studies and International, Journal of Technology Management, Science and Public Policy. He served as editor for Research Policy and other journals. He has presided over a number of national Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) projects and participated in many international cooperation projects such as EU seventh Framework Program, BRICS, World Bank, OECD and Asian Development Bank. Selected as one of China's most Cited Scholars in business, Management and Accounting (2014-2019) by Elsevier

Dr. Qing Wang, Professor of Marketing and Innovation at Warwick Business School and adjunct Professor at Zhejiang University Management School. She obtained her PhD degree in 1993 and DSc degree in 2013 from the University of Warwick. She worked as Associate Professor of Innovation Management and Director of Studies for the MSc Technology and Innovation Management at SPRU, the University of Sussex from 1995 to 2000. She joined WBS in 2000 and was Associate Dean for International at WBS between 2010 and 2014. Professor Wang is a leading scholar, recipient of the Marketing Science Institute 2009 Robert D. Buzzell Award and published numerous articles in top journals including Research Policy, Journal of Marketing Research, Journal of Product Innovation Management, R&D Management, Oxford Handbook of China Innovation. She is a member of the Institute of Directors (IoD) and founded the MICE Network in 2006 to provide a platform for academics, businesses and policy makers to debate issues pertaining to emerging market enterprises.

Dr. CHEN Jin is a Professor in the School of Economics and Management at Tsinghua University and the Director of the Research Center of Technological Innovation at Tsinghua University, China. His research focuses on innovation management and innovation system. He has published more than 600 articles on academic journals and conferences, including Research Policy, Technovation. He serves as the editors of leading journals including Technovation, Technological Forecasting and Social Change, International Journal of Innovation Studies and Tsinghua Business Review.

 Bio of Coordinator 

Dr. JIN Jun is currently an Associate Professor on Innovation Management, at the Department of Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Strategy, School of Management, Zhejiang University, China. Her research interests are in the areas of global innovation, catching up strategies, open innovation, and eco-innovation. Her current research focuses on the strategy dealing with climate change and carbon neutrality, as well as digital transformation of firms. Her articles have been published in journals such as the Technovation, Journal of Cleaner Production, International Journal of Technology Management, Asian Journal of Technology Innovation, Sustainability, among others.
