Chair:

Judith Sutz is Professor at the University of the Republic of Uruguay and was the 2018 Chris Freeman Visiting Fellow at the Science Policy Research Unit, University of Sussex. She has a masters degree in Development Planning from the Central University of Venezuela and a Ph.D. in Socioeconomic Development of Development from the Sorbonne University. She is a researcher in the field of Science, Technology, Society and Development. 

Speaker:

Leonardo Souza is Main Director and Responsible Innovation Management and Technology Commercialization Consultant with NODUS-OTT Chihuahua, Mexico City. He is charge of Knowledge and Technology Transfer Office promoting Responsible Innovation Management Practices and Sustainable Transitions from a Local Development Perspective. His Main Service Topics include Ethical and Responsible Validation Proof of Innovation Concepts, Responsible Innovation Management Systems Installation, Innovation Strategy and Precautionary Principle Practices
